Reading though the frequently asked questions can normally solve your problem much faster than calling for support.
We strive to update the F.A.Q. every time we answer a support question from one of our users.
I am unable to log in:
- I am getting the message ERROR: Invalid Log on. -
Double check your user name and password from your bid invite, if we had an email address when the invite was sent out, that will be your user name, your password was randomly generated, and does not contain either of the letters O or I.
- If you are not getting and Invalid Log on message it is possible that your browser's security settings are too high, this can be fixed by adding the website to your trusted site list or by lowering your browser security settings to a default level. Also please ensure you are using a compatible browser, this website has been tested with Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 and greater, and Firefox 3 and greater.
I cannot download Plans:
- If you are having problems downloading plans try downloading the files individually, this can be done by clicking the file name in the list.
